Hey there— I'm Rizzo.
Therapist | Meditation Facilitator | Psychonaut
I feel called to what I do.
I am inspired not only by humankind’s ability to survive, but moreover, thrive.

We all have an innate capacity to heal, when given the right environment and conditions to do so.
When help is needed to create that environment, I facilitate a safe space to cultivate and foster your inner healer + wisdom.
I'm rooting for you.
My Philosophy
My approach to my practice is evidence-based and person-centered.

Each person's story is dynamic and one-of-a-kind, so it only makes sense that your healing journey follows suit. I interweave elements of various modalities + traditions that are custom-curated for you, based on your strengths and feedback.

I'll never introduce something that I haven't researched or contemplated extensively. I am a devoted student to own pursuits of self-reflection and inquiry. I learn and study from others in community and mindfully continue to do so to refine my practice and offer services from my most authentic Self.

A Bit About Me
Some of my favorite ways to recharge include participating in a yoga class, engaging in meditation, or attending a sound-bath.

I am a huge fan of electronic music, and I have attended Electric Forest since 2016. Last year at the festival, I had the opportunity to host a Guided Meditation + Progressive Muscle Relaxation workshop. I am inspired and moved by music, and you can often find me at a concert on the weekends. I also love to travel and hike; one of my favorite destinations being the state of Colorado. I enjoy learning about new things and like to attend workshops hosted by my local spiritual community.

I am a cat mom to three boys – Barnabus, Houdini, and Sigmund Floyd (pictured)!

Healing is a hike...
you don't have to weather alone.
I honor the paths you’ve traveled—the physical, psychological, and spiritual parts you carry with you. I meet folx where they are at, whatever trailhead of life we happen to cross paths.
I journey besides you, not in front of you. I welcome stepping out into the unknown together so you feel prepared + supported to take on this adventure; Your inner healing intelligence guides the way.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
- "The Road Not Taken" Robert Frost
